Surveypal offers feedback management solutions. Together with Saranen, Surveypal has hired several professionals into its work community, who with their skills have filled vacant positions in both marketing and testing.

In recruitment training program, a person who is unemployed, or run the risk of dismissal, can find a new direction in their career. The professional is given the chance to develop their skills or train for a completely new position through six months of practical on-the-job training. During this time, the person also develops their know-how in an industry-specific training module. The recruitment training programs are carried out in collaboration with the Centre for Economic Development, Transport and the Environment and the TE Services.

The latest team recruit through the recruitment training program is Shikha Varshney, who now works as a project manager at Surveypal.
”Initially, we were looking for a professional for a slightly different role, but it quickly became clear to us that Shikha had the skills of a project manager. Shikha is a great find, just as the other professionals we have found through the programs!”
