Comprehensive technology training
The program starts at the middle of March and lasts 5 months during which you will work at your cooperation company and grow into the role to which they want to recruit you. The program includes 23 days of classroom trainings in addition to specific online courses tailored to help you succeed in your new role (e.g. the most relevant new programming language). The classroom training may include for example the following topics: scripting languages, web technologies, scrum, devops, web development (databases / back end, deep front), test automation (robot framework).
Software Academy a part of Government’s Talent Boost project and is organized by Saranen Consulting in close cooperation with the Finnish Software and E-business Association, recruiting companies, Uusimaa Center for Economic Development, Transport and the Environment (ELY Uusimaa), and TE (Labor Exchange) Services.
