The program has been designed so that Salesforce partners and customers can recruit and train new staff for various needs. So how does this all work in practice? Your candidate will work full-time in your company for 5 months on a training agreement and in addition, will receive about 30 % of the time in the program expert training provided by Salesforce and other experts from the ecosystem. The subjects of the training program are designed so that they contribute to the latest practices and your company’s future the best possible way. At the end of the recruitment program, you will have a trained new talent who is already accustomed to your company’s way of working and with whom you can sign an employment contract without any additional costs.
