RekryKoulutukseen hakeminen oli perinteiseen työnhakuun verrattuna erittäin nopeaa ja vaivatonta. This training is suitable for you if you:

- Know the basics of Active Directory or basic troubleshooting or are eager to learn
- Have a curious, positive attitude and a desire to develop yourself
Basic skills in Finnish are an advantage, but most important is your motivation to learn.
What is an F.E.C. training program?
You may have been exploring our training programs for a while and wondered why some of them include the abbreviation F.E.C. The abbreviation stands for Further Educated with Companies. F.E.C. programs, like our other training programs, are recruitment-focused. The main difference is that you have the opportunity to find your own partner company for the training.
Through the F.E.C. program, you can quickly and efficiently integrate new work tasks with advanced skills—no matter where you are in your career.
The Future Skills Academy recruitment training is organized in close collaboration with the Satakunta employment region, training partners, recruiting companies, and the training provider Saranen.

Grow quickly into your new job
The main goal of the training is to employ you in our partner company at the end of the 5-month program. During the training, you will get to know the work environment and the specific job duties beforehand, and you'll gain the necessary tools to succeed in your future role.
In addition to aiming for a new job, you will be investing in your own competence in the long term and developing expertise in skills that are in high demand among employers. This way, you can combine new work tasks and expert training into one package.

We already have around 930 experts who are proud to be part of the everyday life of wellbeing services. We serve 17 wellbeing services counties and are Finland’s most experienced provider of support services for patient and customer information systems.
ServiceDesk
We are looking for new team members to grow to our Service Desk and support users with everyday IT challenges. In this role, you will:
- Answer support calls in English and log service requests in the system
- Use translation tools when handling tickets
- Direct tickets to the right teams and solve some of them yourself, such as basic user account management
- Provide support for computers and applications
This role is a great fit for you if you

Who is the program for?
The recruitment training program is designed for jobseekers who are unemployed, at risk of unemployment, or currently in a fixed-term job contract that is ending.
Your motivation and willingness to constantly learn new things are your most important strengths, no matter your background or work experience.
Training content?
The training program is designed together with partner companies to best address their current needs and future growth plans. The training content will be customized into a personalized package based on your background and your goals for future development.
Program duration and schedule?
The application period ends on 9th November 2025 and the program starts at 1.12.2025
How will it be implemented?
Approximately 30% of the program consists of expert-led training and 70% of active learning on the job.
The theoretical training is primarily delivered remotely. The remaining portion of the training is completed through on-the-job learning at the partner company, either on-site, in a hybrid format, or remotely, depending on the company’s own practices.
How does the application process proceed? And what about the training program?
At Saranen, you will receive individualized support throughout the entire recruitment process, including coaching, guidance, and mentoring.

After your application submitted to your local employment region has been processed and pre-screened, we will invite you to an interview with us. 
- 
Once we have gotten to know you better, we will begin advancing your application process. You will be able to present your skills to a potential partner company through Sarasen’s competence profile. In other words, we act as your job search agent. 
- 
We will arrange and schedule pre-interviews for you. After the final selections are made, we will establish a training agreement between you and the company for the duration of the program. The goal of the training is for you to be employed in a permanent position at the partner company after completing the program. 
Employment and salary
The purpose of the training is to employ you at the partner company through the program. This may happen at the end of the program, or even during it. On average, more than 80% of participants are recruited into a new role by the end of the training program.
During the program, you are in a training relationship with the company, and therefore the company is not obliged to pay a salary. Throughout the training period, you will receive the same unemployment benefit as when unemployed, as well as an expense allowance for the training days.
