Developer Bootcamp suits for all programming enthusiasts regardless of background
Developer Bootcamp is a 30-day training program which goal is to train new talents into software development industry in the southeast Finland region. IT industry is packed with different opportunities and so is Developer Bootcamp – the program fits well for recent graduates, career changers, programmer hobbyists and also people with more experience from the IT and software industry. For us, coding means, above all, the right kind of attitude. We’ll help you to find the tools for you to succeed in your next career step, regardless of your background.
During the program, you’ll be able to pick up new skills and knowledge in a wide range of themes, all the way from web-development to full-stack solutions led by top trainers. This way you’ll get a chance to gain access to lessons that would otherwise be difficult to get from universities or other educators, especially over this time span. In addition to training sessions and exercises, you’ll get to build your own demo from scratch to demonstrate your skills, development and motivation in a concrete way. The training is aimed for people who are unemployed or at the risk of unemployment (also students in fixed-term employment, in jobs that do not correspond to a degree, or in the final stages of their studies, who have completed the required studies and final work, but do not yet have a diploma) as well as people who have basic knowledge of technical tasks, e.g. through hobbies, code projects, studies or previous work experience.
The program is free of charge for the participants. Training will be held mostly online, with few additional on-site days included (held in Lappeenranta).
